When In Toronto

I just had one of the most refreshing experiences of my life—something I never thought would leave such a lasting mark on both my body and mind. I spent the day at Othership Adelaide, a sauna and ice bath community in Toronto, and it truly changed the game for me.

As soon as I walked in, I felt the calm energy of the place. The staff welcomed me with open arms, making sure I was comfortable from the start.
